A typical engagement consists of the following steps:

1.  Initial 30-minute call to scope out customer needs (no charge).

2.  Draft and approval of statement of work tailored to meet customer requirements.

3.  Current state review of business goals, stakeholder expectations, and existing processes and systems. 

4.  Refine engagement plan (online  sessions, in-person workshops, and/or multi-day consulting activities)

5.  Delivery of engagement.
