Steven T. Hunt, Ph.D

Dr. Steven Hunt is a globally recognized expert in employee psychology, work technology, and business performance. The former Chief Expert for Work & Technology at SAP, his work integrates three areas of expertise:

• Business Acumen: Dr. Hunt has helped over 1000 organizations build  productive, agile, and resilient workforces. He has worked with businesses in virtually every industry, ranging from small  private firms to the largest companies in the world. This work has given him a pragmatic understanding of the challenges leaders and employees face at all levels of an organization.  
• Technological Innovation: Dr. Hunt started his career as an applied mathematician and computer programmer. He built some of the first AI applications applied to human resources and played a central role in creating several successful HR technology companies. He is recognized by the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology for pioneering use of technology that has positively impacted the careers of millions of employees worldwide
• Psychological Science:  Dr. Hunt is an active member of the scientific community reviewing, writing, and presenting in peer-review publications and conferences. He has authored hundreds of articles and several books that address workforce management challenges using a balance of business strategy, technological understanding, and psychological insight.
